Terms & Conditions
General Rules: All participants in any individual or group events, sessions, readings must be over the age of 18.
Refund Policy: All events, sessions, reading or products purchased are considered a final sale and are not refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
In Person Events, Sessions & Readings: Please arrive on time for any scheduled in person readings or events with Rosie Cepero. Late arrivals will be subject to cancellation and will be non-refundable. In addition, any no shows or ticket cancellations by participants are also non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Online Events, Sessions & Readings: You must be online and ready to join your Zoom meeting in advance of your session. Please plan as early as possible for any technical challenges, and ensure proper setup of your Zoom application or other devices used for connecting to a reading or event. All digital events require your camera to be on, and no recordings are allowed by participants, and any non-compliance will result in a dismissal with no refunds. Please note any no shows or ticket cancellations by participants are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Liability Disclosure: By purchasing any type of online or in person event, session, or reading, and attending, and participating you hereby waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability for my (or others attending) injury, death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter accrue to me or my traveling to and from this event, the following entities or persons: Rose Cepero and Family, guests, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, event sponsors, and hereby indemnify and hold harmless all entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my participation of this event. All event, session, and reading activities are for entertainment purposes only.
Recording Disclosure: You understand that this events, sessions, readings or related activities may be recorded or filmed at Rosie's discretion. You agree to allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by all parties hosting the event or session.
